Using the Task Widget
Access the Task Widget
Head to the dashboard within your account, then locate the task widget.
Easily identify key details of each task, including its:
Title
Due Date
Description
Contact Name
User it is assigned to
Actions
By clicking on the three dots next to each task, you can edit or delete tasks as needed, giving you flexibility in managing your tasks.
Clicking on the task title allows you to navigate directly to the related contact page, enhancing the user experience by linking tasks and contacts seamlessly.
Filtering and Sorting
Organize your tasks more effectively by utilizing filtering options based on users.
Additionally, you can adjust the sort order according to your preferences, choosing either ascending or descending order based on due dates or dates added.
You can also filter tasks by their status by selecting the appropriate option from the Status dropdown menu.
