If you want to reduce the time you spend reading messages, the Summarize Text action is just for you. With just a few steps to set this action up, you can get through messages in a breeze.
📌Note: The Summarize Text action is a premium action. Using this action will incur additional charges per execution.
How It Works
Click the plus icon in your desired workflow builder, then locate and select the “Summarize Text” action from the list.

Action Name
Once selected, you will be able to update the action name, if required. This allows you to assign a clear and descriptive name to give context to the action's purpose.

Max Length
Enter the maximum length of the summarized message. For example, 1 paragraph, 2 sentences, or 3 words. Click the tag icon to utilize a custom value instead.

Input Text
Enter the text you want to summarize or use a custom value.

If your workflow trigger is “Customer Replied” or you have preceding actions that will capture a response, you can use the Message Body custom value.

Once you are satisfied with your configurations, save the action and let workflow AI save you valuable time and effort.
