Survey creators have the option to customize the footer, adding both style and functionality. You can keep your current layout while enhancing the look and feel. Adjustments to your survey are displayed instantly, thanks to the real-time preview feature, allowing for immediate feedback and modifications.
Access the Survey Builder
From the CRM Dashboard, navigate to the Sites > Survey > Builder. You either Create a new Survey or Edit a survey already in progress.

Inside the Survey Builder, click the Styles and Options menu, navigate to Styles, and select the Footer dropdown. This will open the footer customizer for further adjustments.

Footer Type
The footer type defines the look and behavior of your Footer.
Stick to Card: This footer type will be displayed on each survey page and will not indicate the survey progress. Instead, it will prompt the responders to continue.

Stick to page: This option keeps the footer at the bottom of the page, regardless of the step the user is on. You can also select to display the survey progress by step or percentage.

Background Fill
Enter the hex code for the background or choose from the available options in the picker.

Footer Height
This defines the thickness of the footer - a higher numbers get you a bigger footer.

Font Family, Size, and Weight
This allows you to customize the font and its appearance for the progress buttons (Next and Prev).

The progress bar, if enabled for the Stick to Page footer, is completely customizable, including the colors of the text and progress bar.

Buttons
Here you can control the look and text of the previous, next, and submit buttons.

Real-time Preview
As you make changes, use the real-time preview function to see how your survey will appear to respondents, allowing for immediate adjustments.

For surveys, the footer customization options are enabled by default. If you're working on a survey and wish to modify its appearance, you can opt to switch to the footer style.
