Adding a thank-you page after checkout is a crucial step in building your online store. This page can serve as an order confirmation page to eliminate communication issues and to make customers feel appreciated for their purchases. On the Thank You page, a thank you element will be added by default. This guide will cover the basics of the element to ensure you are all set to have a successful store.
How It Works
Begin by opening the Thank You page within your Store. Once there, click the Thank you element. Its settings will open on the right-hand section of the builder.

General
Locate the element name field, and update the name if required.

Next, you can allow customers to access and download their digital purchases by switching the Download Digital Products toggle to the ON position.
📌Note: The download button works only if a domain is connected and its default page links to a store page. Download buttons appear for all digital products and redirect to the Customer Access Center.

Next, choose the font family for the headline and shipping details, then adjust the size for the mobile and desktop views.

In the Typography section, you can update the font weight for the Headline and Shipping details for both desktop and mobile devices.

Scroll to the Text Options. Here, you can expand the Thank You Page, Summary Table, and Download Button Sections to customize the text displayed.

The final step is to choose the color for your buttons and text elements. This brings the thank you page to life and allows you to incorporate brand colors to reinforce your brand identity.

Customize the Styling as usual, then save your page! You have successfully tailored the thank you element to increase customer satisfaction, improve customer retention, and even encourage new customers to purchase.
