How to view WhatsApp Template Insights
Start by navigating to the Templates tab inside the Whatsapp section of your settings.
Search for the template and click “Reports”
This will show you the insights for the selected template, which are divided into Deliverability and Button Clicks.
Deliverability
This will offer you data on the effectiveness of your template, including details on how many messages you've sent, how many have been delivered, and how many were opened. To access these metrics click on Deliverability then select Start Date and End Date
Button Clicks
These let you analyze the performance of templates categorized as MARKETING or UTILITY based on the amount of interaction they receive. To access them click on Button Clicks.
