The Calendars section in your Mobile App allows you to view and schedule appointments from one unified window. If you are on the go but need to quickly add or view upcoming appointments, you can easily access this tool. Simply open the Mobile app and click on the planner icon to access all the appointments within your CRM.

Refresh
Click the Refresh icon to manually synchronize and ensure that all appointments are up to date across your calendar. This action retrieves the latest scheduling data, helping to prevent discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Share
The three-dot menu in the upper right-hand corner opens a scheduling link to your calendar. You can share this link with your contacts to allow them to book an appointment - either as a one-time use link or as a reusable scheduling link that provides ongoing access for bookings.

View
By default, appointments are displayed in the monthly view. You can change the view to list view by clicking the grid icon.

Select Calendars
To view appointments from specific calendars, click the Select Calendars menu and choose the calendars you wish to include. This allows you to filter and display only the relevant scheduled events.

You can also filter the view by users or groups to tailor the display to your needs. Use the search bar to quickly locate specific items, then select the corresponding checkboxes to include them in your view.

Appointments corresponding to the selected filters will now be displayed. To view the appointment details, click the contact's name.

Adding New Appointments
The + icon allows you to schedule a new appointment or block time in your calendar to prevent appointments from being scheduled when you are unavailable.
