The Documents section allows you to manage and share documents. On the browser, you can seamlessly access all associated files directly from the "Documents" section within a Contact card. However, if you're on the go, you might need to access them from your Mobile App. So, let's go over how to do it!
Accessing The Docs & Files
Navigate to the Contacts tab inside your app.
Click on the contact's name that you want to check.
Switch to the Docs & Files tab, where you'll see all documents by default.
Use the top bar to switch around categories.
The files will be organized into folders. Click them to access the individual files.
There, the individual files are available for viewing and downloading.
And there you have it, now you can easily view and download files on the go. Helping you manage customer data and streamline your conversations when you're using the mobile app.
