How to Appeal a Phone Suspension

The Suspension Appeal Process has been designed to offer greater clarity and actionable steps for addressing carrier suspensions of LC Phone accounts. This allows you to take control of the suspension resolution process, facilitating faster resolution times.

Let's say our messages have been failing due to a phone suspension. The first step to resolve this issue is to access the Phone Number settings in our account. A banner will be displayed in the Manage Numbers tab confirming the suspension and prompting us to complete the submission appeal form to lift the suspension.

We will click the “Submission Appeal Form” button. This opens a dedicated "Suspension Appeal Form" call-to-action modal on the page, capturing essential information such as contact details, opt-in information, and relevant compliance links (e.g., Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions). It is crucial to review the form carefully to ensure all fields are completed accurately, as only two attempts are allowed for account reinstatement.

Once the form has been submitted, a compliance team member will review the submitted information and reach out with more guidelines.
