Course Grant Offer Action

The Course Grant Offer action is designed to provide access to a course after a contact meets certain criteria such as purchasing a product, completing another course, or filling out a form. Read on to find out how to configure the action.

Adding the Course Grant Offer Action

Begin by accessing the desired workflow from the Automation > Workflows section of your account. 

Next, click on the + symbol to add a new workflow action, and choose Course Grant Offer.

Action Name 

Optionally, update the name of the action to reflect its function and purpose.

Offer

Select the desired offer from the drop-down menu to which you want to give contact access within this specific workflow.

Once you’ve selected the offer, click the Save button in the bottom right.

By leveraging the Course Grant Offer workflow action, you can streamline and automate the process of providing customers with access to a course.

✍️Important Notes 

  • If you have enabled the Welcome email and Offer Access email in the Membership Settings, you will not need to add an email action to the workflow to perform the same functions. For further guidance, please refer to the “Membership Settings” and “How to Send Custom Welcome Emails for Membership Login Credentials” articles.

  • To publish workflows, you will need to establish a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Without both, you can only save the workflow, not publish it.
