When a comment is made on your Facebook or Instagram post, a workflow can be triggered to respond. The Reply in Comments action allows you to post a direct reply beneath the original comment and optionally like the comment as well.
📌Note: The Reply in Comments action must be paired with a compatible trigger—either Facebook Comment(s) on a Post or Instagram Comment(s) on a Post—to function properly.
How It Works
Navigate to the workflow with the Facebook Comment(s) on a Post or Instagram Comment(s) on a Post trigger. Then, click the plus action to add the Reply in Comments action.

Once the action settings load, enter the message to be sent as a reply. Optionally, click the tag icon to use custom values, reducing manual effort.

Next, configure multiple reply variations by clicking the Add New Response button. The system will randomly select one to respond to each comment, ensuring more dynamic and engaging interactions.

You can also enable the Like Comments toggle to automatically like comments on the post.
📌Note: This feature is available for Facebook posts only and is not supported on Instagram.

Finally, save the action to your workflow and be sure to publish the changes.

Now you can engage customers with preset messages without the need for manual intervention.
