The "Find Contact" action is an essential feature that enables you to search for contacts based on specific, customizable criteria. For more advanced use cases, the "Find Contact" action can be configured to match contacts based on an external reference, such as a Stripe Customer ID stored in a custom field. This enables the search of contacts linked to external systems through Inbound Webhook or Custom Marketplace Triggers.

How It Works 

Insert the "Find Contact" Action

To begin, add the "Find Contact" action at the appropriate point within your workflow. This step ensures that the action is executed when needed in the automation process.
