A one-time link is a unique scheduling link that automatically expires after it's used to book an appointment. With the "Generate One-Time Booking Link" action, you can now easily create these links as part of your workflow.
How It Works
Start by creating a workflow in your account, then define the trigger that will initiate the workflow according to your specific requirements. This trigger determines when and how the workflow will begin.
Next, click the plus icon and select the “Generate One Time Booking Link” action from the actions menu.

Action Name
Rename the action to better suit your needs.

Calendar
From the Calendar dropdown, select the calendar to which the appointment should be booked. For complex appointment scheduling, use conditional actions to assign the contact to the correct calendar.

To share the link with your contact, add a communication action, such as an email or SMS, to your workflow. This ensures the one-time booking link is automatically sent when the workflow is triggered.

Insert the unique one-time link into the email body by using a custom value. Each time the workflow trigger is activated, a new link will be generated. To do this, select the 'Generate One-Time Booking Link' action and choose 'One Time Link' as the custom value to include in your message.

Once your workflow is fully set up, publish it to activate the automation. From that point on, each time a contact enters the workflow based on your defined trigger, a unique one-time booking link will be generated and automatically sent to them via email.
That's all there is to it. Check out the other articles in this section to learn more about the various actions you can use to make your processes even smoother.
